Britomart will play host to a range of free-to-attend classes, seminars and workshops from some of Auckland’s finest health, beauty, food and fitness experts.
MiNDFOOD are excited to be joining forces with Ceres Organics and The Collective to bring readers a delicious breakfast following the Big Circuit exercise class at Britomart on Saturday, June 13.
The progressive workout takes groups through three stations hosted by Nike Training Club, Peak Pilates and Les Mills.
After the workout everyone will join together to enjoy a healthy breakfast, including Ceres Super Good Muesli with fresh fruit and The Collective Greek Scoff’rs.
The key to great products are great ingredients. That’s why Ceres Organics products contain only the good stuff, nothing ‘nasty’. They keep it clean, simple and honest. The products are full of natural goodness and sourced sustainably. Ceres Organics stand for integrity in today’s food and preservation of tomorrow’s harvest.
We are also excited to share The Collective greek scoff’rs combining thick ‘n’ creamy greek style yoghurt with a delectable fruit & chia compote, all packaged into a handy 150g tub. Using all natural ingredients, these scoff’rs provide a good source of calcium and source of protein, perfect for an after work out snack. The Collective are all about providing the greatest dairy imaginable, no bull!
