A peppery Japanese condiment, Schichimi Togarashi is also called seven spice, as generally only seven ingredients are used: flaked red chilli pepper, black pepper, sesame seeds, dried mandarin orange peel, green nori seaweed flakes, Sichuan peppercorns and poppy seeds.
