Juno Basil Smash Cocktail Recipe

A refreshing Summer favourite with lemon and basil.

Ingredients

45mls Juno Extra Fine Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

15mls Sugar Syrup (1:1 Sugar : Boiling water)

7 Basil leaves

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with a scoop of ice.
Shake and double strain into rocks glass full of ice.
Garnish with Basil sprig.
