Passionfruit and Lychee Martini Recipe
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 can of lychees in syrup
100ml strained passionfruit pulp
160ml vodka
Method:
Strain the lychees and reserve 100ml lychee syrup. Place the passionfruit pulp, lychee syrup, and vodka in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into four martini glasses and top with whole lychees.
