Passionfruit and Lychee Martini
The combination of spirits and fruity seasonal flavours in this Asian-inspired cocktail makes for a fun party drink that is sure to impress your guests or that someone special.

Make this vodka based martini with tropical passionfruit and whole luchees.

Passionfruit and Lychee Martini Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 can of lychees in syrup

100ml strained passionfruit pulp

160ml vodka

Method:

Strain the lychees and reserve 100ml lychee syrup. Place the passionfruit pulp, lychee syrup, and vodka in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into four martini glasses and top with whole lychees.

Smart Tip:

Canned lychees are peeled, seedless lychees in syrup. The creamy white flesh is juicy, smooth and delicately sweet.
