Viktor & Rolf may be better known down under for its heady – and astoundingly popular – floral fragrance Flowerbomb.
But the Dutch luxury fashion house founded in 1993 by ‘fashion artists’ Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren is also famous for its fantastical fashions. The fashion line often creates conceptual and avant-garde designs that turn-heads and invite smiles during seasonal runway presentations and celebrity appearances alike.
Although known for its statement pieces, which often feature 3D embellishment, more wearable garments also make up the glamorous fashion line’s offering.
A selection of those stunning garments will now be available in New Zealand, with Viktor & Rolf being picked up by The Shelter in Auckland.
The Ponsonby multi-brand boutique is known for its edgy and eclectic fashion mix that also includes fashion from Taylor, Rick Owens, Henrik Vibskov and more.
The Viktor & Rolf range launches in store with its SS24 Ready to Wear Pre-Collection, largely inspired by a rose garden. The collection varies from a tulle halter-neck maxi dress adorned in flowers, to structured suiting with a single rose brooch.
