While you’re probably not going to catch us attempting to emulate the paint-smeared faces that were paraded down the runways of Gareth Pugh and Vivienne Westwood, there’s good news where beauty trends are concerned: this season has something for everyone.
Backstage at the fall 2015 to 2016 shows, M.A.C make-up artists embraced individualism. As M.A.C senior artist Kiekie Stanners, who worked on shows in both London and Milan, explains: “Rather than taking one uniform look and recreating it on every model, we focused on working with the individual to bring their own unique beauty to life.”
