Christchurch beauty buffs better start getting prepared for Friday as MECCA will open the doors to its newest cross-concept store.
The 224-square metre space will bring together the best of both Mecca Maxima and Mecca Cosmetica and is the first of its kind in the South Island – the only other New Zealand concept stores are located in Auckland and Wellington.
Housing an edit of more than 75 of the world’s most sought-after brands, MECCA Christchurch will take pride of place in the heart of the CBD, offering
customers a unique shopping experience and an extensive range of makeup, skincare and fragrance products.
The new store will feature a Perfumeria, housing brands such as Le Labo and Frederic Malle, as well as three ‘Play Bars’ which will provide customers with space to experiment with the latest beauty buys and learn new techniques. Eight additional makeup stations will also be available for applications, consultations and beauty treatments.
The new MECCA Christchurch opens Friday 23rd August at 9am and is located at 222 High Street, Christchurch. Opening day celebrations will include complimentary coffees and bakery treats, beauty touch-ups and of course the giant MECCA Bag lucky dip, which allows customers
who spend over $85 in-store to pick a prize.
