The tale of two brothers: Princes William and Harry celebrate across the Atlantic
While the Prince and Princess of Wales hosted the Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace with his father, King Charles, the Prince's younger brother Harry was in New York City with his wife, Meghan, receiving an anti-racism award.

As usual, the Princess of Wales looked stunning in a Jenny Packham gown, wearing the Queen’s diamond earrings and Princess Margaret’s favourite Lotus Flower tiara. Both her and the Queen Consort wore the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Royal Family Order. The annual reception celebrated the presence in London of one of the largest Diplomatic Corps in the world, giving Their Majesties and Their Royal Highnesses the opportunity to meet representatives of countries accredited to the Court of St. James’s.

Across the pond, the Sussexes, received a human rights award at The Ripple of Hope gala, where tickets were selling for up to US$1million. Previous winners of the award include Joe Biden, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Meghan paid respect to Princess Diana, wearing her emerald-cut aquamarine ring, which she also wore to her wedding reception in 2018. Her white off the shoulder gown was custom made by Louis Vuitton and featured a high slit.

The Royal Family braces for further conflict with Meghan and Harry when the first episode of their ‘explosive’ Netflix series is released on Thursday, with the Duke speaking of a ‘hierarchy in the family’, a ‘dirty game’, and warning ‘We know the full truth’.
