Puna Kai is welcoming the Matariki season at the Viaduct, with a collection of street food vendors producing international food with a Māori twist.
The team at Fresh Concept have handpicked eight of Auckland’s top food trucks to add a traditional twist on their menus in honour of the rising of Pleiades.
Menu items include Manuka smoked salmon crepes with traditional spices, Green Lipped Mussels barbequed on a wood fire, and Kawakawa infused sorbet, the leaves of which are hand picked by Lalele Organics.
Between 12 and 4, expect to indulge in delicious food, take part in a food-related workshop, enjoy games with the kids & relax with an exceptional DJ set from Kina Cuts.
Vendors Include:
CheLucio BBQ – Pork or Chicken thigh, cooked on the grill with Manuka wood, potatoes and watercress salad. Kumara chips
