Joining in on the Child Mind Institute’s #WeThriveInside campaign, Margot Robbie has shared how she’s looking after her mental health while in lockdown.
Lists are what keep her mind active and stress-free, said the 29-year-old actress.
“I have lists for things I need to do that day, long term, short term, fun stuff, not fun stuff,” she shared.
Jotting down her to-dos helps her get her ideas out of her head and down onto paper, she explains. “If I don’t get through my list that day I don’t stress about it, I just pick up where I left off the next day.”
She encouraged people to join in and reflect on what puts their mind at ease so they can use those methods during lockdown.
“I think it is worth just to take a second to think about the things that do help put your mind at ease and give yourself the time to implement it into your day, ” she said.
Emma Stone and Reese Witherspoon have also partnered with The Child Mind Institute to raise money for vulnerable families during the pandemic.
