It might only be Wednesday but we think it’s fair to say that Margot Robbie has already taken out the title of this week’s best-dressed celebrity. On Monday night, Los Angeles time, the 29-year-old Australian actress turned heads on the red carpet yet again. This time Margot Robbie channelled the 70s in a breathtaking Chanel gown when she made her appearance at the LA premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s anticipated Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It came as no surprise that it was Chanel that Robbie chose for her red carpet look, given the actresses has been an ambassador for the French fashion and beauty house since early 2018.
While her ethereal Chanel gown undoubtedly stole the show, we’re also more than a little bit obsessed with the actresses latest beauty look which also paid a subtle nod to the 1970s. Robbie’s go-to make-up artist Pati Dubroff opted for unexpected orange-tinged shades of cooper eyeshadow paired with an on-trend glossy lip. Dubroff shared her inspiration for Robbie’s retro look on her Instagram stories: an image from a 1970s Vogue shoot with model Lauren Hutton.
