Get your workout wardrobe ready for summer

Beach season is just around the corner, which for many of us means it’s time to up the ante with our workout routines. And any fitness-loving fashionista knows that a new, high-performing workout get-up is the key to finding that extra motivation to hit the pavement or get into the gym.

Fortunately Japanese-born sports performance brand ASICS has recently opened New Zealand’s very first concept store in the heart of Auckland’s CBD. Spanning across an impressive 203-square-metre site and two levels, the space, which is located at 3 Shortland Street, the ASICS flagship store has become our one-stop-shop for everything fitness related. Whether it’s team sports, gym training, running or tennis you’re into, the new ASICS store has footwear and apparel suited for all activities.

The right footwear is key to training effectively and remaining injury-free which is why ASICS has introduced New Zealand’s first Foot ID System. Innovative technology – laser and micro cameras – measures and maps your feet so you know you’re working out in the shoes best suited for your feet.
