In the video, Meghan appears with British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful to discuss the creation of the issue.
Meghan revealed she initially reached out to Enninful for help with her patronage Smart Works, before she decided to see if she could “push it just a little bit more” by asking if he would let her guest edit.
Enninful was full of praise for Meghan’s work, saying she has “an editor’s eye”.
“I mean, I’ve never seen anything like it,” he said. “You were so thorough from beginning to end.”
Meghan then explained that she “left the fashion stuff to you professionals”, and felt “proud” of the issue.
“Anyone, no matter who they are, picking up this issue should be able to see themselves in it, and that’s what I feel really proud that we’ve accomplished,” she said.
The pair also call a number of the women selected by Meghan to appear on the cover of the issue, which was titled “Forces for Change”.
The cover featured portraits of 15 influential women, including New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

It comes as Enninful announced Meghan’s issue was the fastest-selling in the history of British Vogue, selling out in 10 days.
It was also the biggest-selling issue of the past decade.
Meghan was the first person to guest edit Vogue’s September issue.
