Buckingham Palace releases new official royal portrait

A new official portrait of senior royals has been released.

The image, which was taken at Buckingham Palace on 18 September, features the King and Queen Consort alongside the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The photograph was taken the night before the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, the evening Buckingham Palace hosted dignitaries to welcome them to London ahead of the service.
