2023 has been marked by both triumphs and sorrows.

As we reflect on the passing months, it becomes inevitable to pay tribute to the well-known personalities who bid farewell to this world, leaving behind legacies that have shaped industries, cultures, and hearts.

Matthew Perry

“Friends” star Matthew Perry died from the “acute effects” of the powerful sedative ketamine that, combined with other factors, caused the actor to lose consciousness and drown in his hot tub, according to an autopsy released. Perry, celebrated for his role as Chandler Bing on the iconic show “Friends,” tragically passed away at the age of 54 in a suspected accidental drowning incident in his home jacuzzi.

Cal Wilson, the brilliant Kiwi comedian, captured hearts and tickled funny bones worldwide with her unique brand of humour.
She died age 53.

Bill Granger 

The restaurateur and food writer tragically passed away in a London hospital on Christmas Day (25.12.23), according to a social media statement from his family, and the Hollywood duo were among those sending well-wishes.

Irish singer Sinead O’Connor, known for topping the charts around the world with the 1990 song “Nothing Compares 2 U”, died at the age of 56, the Irish Times and national broadcaster RTE reported.
