From Wednesday 1- Sunday 5 May, 2019, the Auckland Art Fair will be showcasing contemporary art that focuses on the wider Pacific-rim region, with New Zealand art at its core. In 2019 the Fair will see some of the best galleries and artists from the Pacific take part, and in many cases, create new works specifically for the fair.
Following last years successful event, which welcomed more than 10,000 visitors and resulted in over NZ$7 million of sales for the participating galleries, the 2019 show will once again offer a curated Project Programme which will enable young artists to be a part of the Fair.
