Green Smoothie

Clearing the toxins from your body is a great way to rejuvenate. Kick start your detox programme with this fibre rich green smoothie.

Serves 1

1 cup kale or English spinach, shredded

1 ripe banana, chopped

1 ripe pear, chopped

1 tbsp psyllium powder

½ cup (125ml) unsweetened apple juice

Put the kale, banana, pear, psyllium and apple juice into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
