Pork Chipolatas with Red Grapes

Ingredients
1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
1kg good-quality pork chipolatas
500g red seedless grapes, separated into small clusters
¾ cup balsamic glaze
½ cup apple juice
10 fresh thyme sprigs
crusty Italian bread, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200C. Put onion in the base of a large ovenproof dish. Top with chipolatas and grapes.
Combine balsamic glaze and apple juice in a jug. Pour over chipolatas and grapes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Bake for 45 minutes or until browned and chipolatas are cooked through.
Serve with crusty Italian bread.
