80ml heavy cream
100g strawberries (extra)
1 tbsp sugar (extra)
Wash the strawberries, place in a blender and purée. Combine the strawberry purée with the sugar, yoghurt and cream, then pour the mixture into moulds.
For the topping, combine the strawberries with the sugar in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour this mixture carefully on top of the strawberry-yoghurt mix in the moulds.
Insert the sticks, then place the moulds in the freezer until set.
