Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Pull Apart Garlic Bread Recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Place the garlic bulbs on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with the sherry vinegar and oil and then season with salt. Wrap the foil securely around the garlic, then place on a baking tray and place in the oven. Roast for 20 minutes, or until the garlic is tender.
2. Meanwhile, make three incisions along the top of each loaf of bread, making sure not to slice all the way through. Place each loaf on a lined baking tray.
3. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins, place in a small bowl. Add the butter and lemon zest and mix to combine. Spread the garlic butter into the incisions in the bread, and press in the rosemary sprigs. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Increase the oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced). Bake each loaf for 10 minutes, or until golden.
