Pizza with Prawns, Lemon, Capers 
and Anchovies
Struggling to think of what to cook for tonight's dinner? Try this quick and tasty prawn pizza recipe idea.

 

Makes 1

½ quantity of pizza dough (click here for recipe)

 

1/3 cup passata

½ cup parmesan, finely grated

5 prawns, head and vein

removed, halved lengthways

¼ cup capers

8 anchovies

olive oil, to serve

zest of 1 lemon

parsley, to serve

 

1 Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 35cm round.

2 Place base on a lightly oiled baking tray. Spread base with passata and sprinkle with parmesan. Top with prawns, capers and anchovies. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until base is golden and crisp. 
To serve, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with lemon 
zest and chopped parsley.
