Serves 2
2 cups shredded organic kale or spinach
2 bananas, sliced
200g strawberries, unhulled, halved
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 Place kale, banana, strawberries and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
2 Gradually add ½-1 cup water until mixture has reached a thick, creamy consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
