50g chia seeds
2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
350ml milk or plant-based almond milk
50g melted butter
1 apple, cut into pieces
50g walnuts, cut into pieces
Fruit, nuts and cream, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 195°C (175°C fan forced). Mix all the dry ingredients into a baking bowl. Put all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Then pour the dry ingredients into the wet. Stir well. Add the apple and walnuts.
- Line a mould or cake tin and pour in the filling. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve lukewarm with fruit, nuts and cream if desired.
