Floral Honey with Rosemary Recipe
Makes 1 jar
Ingredients:
2-3 sprigs rosemary
200ml mixed floral raw honey e.g. Clover, Rewarewa or Tawari
Method:
Place the rosemary sprigs in a glass jar. If you want the rosemary flavour to be more dominant, you can chop some of the rosemary and crush with a mortar and pestle before adding.
Pour the honey over the rosemary and allow to sit for a couple of days so the flavour can infuse.
