Start Father’s Day in the best way possible, by treating the man in your life to a special breakfast or brunch. This recipe makes it as easy as possible, allowing you to cook everything in just the one pan.
Serves 1
2 tsp olive oil
2 rashers bacon, halved
60g vine-ripened trussed cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
2 thin diagonal slices baguette, toasted
coffee, to serve
sea salt, to serve
1. Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and tomatoes to pan. Cook for 3 minutes or until bacon is golden and tomatoes soft.
2. Add eggs and cook until whites are cooked through.
3. Serve breakfast in pan with toast, salt and coffee on the side.
