Made with Braun Juicer
2-3 green apples, cut into wedges, plus extra to very thinly slice.
¼ teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
10 mint leaves
150ml white rum
100mls soda water
Place apples into the Braun Juicer and operate to extract the juice. Measure out 150mls of apple juice and set aside.
Divide the sugar and mint leaves between two tall cocktail glasses. Stir together, muddling the leaves to release the flavour.
Divide the rum, lime and apple juice. Stir well. Add ice cubes. Top glasses with soda water and garnish with extra mint leaves and thin apple slices.
