According to nutritionist Claire Yates, eating Paleo is about ditching the artificial and getting real. She explains the facts and dispels a few myths about this diet.

The Paleolithic diet also known as the paleo diet is gaining notoriety amongst fitness fanatics and dieters worldwide. The meal plan is based on getting back to basics and eating like our ancestors would have, think a hunter-gatherer diet for the modern age. According to nutritionist, and author of Optimum Health the Paleo Way, Claire Yates it’s about rejecting the artificial and getting real.  She joins he program to explain a little more about the paleo diet:
