Divorce can be a harrowing experience but it doesn't have to, there are ways to achieve mindful separation says one expert.

Tamara Kay is a family law practitioner who is pioneering the way in which people approach and deal with the early stages of a huge factor within our society – separation and divorce.

She also recognizes the need for a mindful approach to separation, having gone through the process herself.
