More than 3 years after winning MasterChef Australia and shooting to fame as one of Australia’s most recognisable faces, Adam Liaw’s career is still going from strength to strength. Capping off a stellar 2013, his spectacular new cookbook, Asian After Work, has hit stores, coinciding with the much-anticipated new season of his prime-time TV series, Destination Flavour Japanon SBS ONE. A former lawyer, Adam knows all about the challenges facing working home cooks after a busy day and joins us to share his thoughts on cooking everyday:
