Main ingredients:
- Yellow Noodle 300gm
- King Prawn 180gm
- Choy Sum 50gm
- Tomato 40gm
- Potato 40gm
- White Cabbage 40gm
- Egg 2 each
- Sambal Chilli Sauce 2tsp
For the sambal chilli sauce:
- Onion diced 50gm
- Garlic crushed 15gm
- Chilli bird eye 5gm
- Chilli red 20gm
- Dried shrimp 20gm
- Sugar 10gm
- Salt 2gm
- Chicken booster 2gm
- Veg oil 120ml
For the seasoning sauce:
- Oyster sauce 30gm
- Tomato sauce 20gm
- Sugar 1tsp
- Fish sauce 15ml
- Soy sauce 15ml
- Sweet Soy sauce 20ml
Method:
- Heat a wok over a medium heat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, crack two of the eggs into the wok to quick fry till scrambled.
- Add the sambal chilli sauce and sautée till fragrant.
- Meanwhile, bring a wok to a high heat. Add the main ingredients into it, following the noodle and cook about a minute until it heated through.
- Then add the seasoning sauce to taste and serve hot.
