The Sydney Gluten Free Expo is the only dedicated gluten free expo in NSW.
The event is a ‘must do’ not just for those with coeliac disease, but also for the food curious and those that are embracing a gluten-free diet for other reasons.
With gluten free beer, doughnuts and burgers to granola and delicious pasta options, there will be options for every gluten-free craving.
Experts including Dr Jason Tye-Din, Dr Christine Chiu and paediatric gastroenterologist, Professor Avi Lember will be presenting at the event offering invaluable advice on coeliac disease and answering all people’s questions.
There will also be a number of chefs on the Coles stage, including Masterchef contestants, cooking up some delicious gluten-free dishes.
The event is $18 entry ($15 online) and there is a goodie bag for the first 2500 people through the door each day.
