70 ml water
13 ml olive oil
125 gr All-purpose flour
3gr Salt
7 g Fresh yeast Tomato sauce: 1
100 gr Mozzarella
Salt: to taste
Oregano: to taste
Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients.
Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom.
Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents. After it has risen for about 1 hour, roll out the pizza
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Oil the bottom and roll the pizza dough on top. Spread with tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and oregano.
Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
After it has been cooking for 15 minutes, add the diced mozzarella
After another 10 mins, turn the pizza 180°
Cook for another 7 min.
