The latest trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 has dropped, exciting fans with an action-packed, 80s-inspired adventure.
MiNDFOOD October cover star Gal Gadot returns to her role as Diana Prince, this time, set 70 years after the first film.
The trailer debuted at the DC FanDome virtual event and teases a lot in the 2-minute clip, giving us a glimpse of Kristen Wiig as the villain Cheetah and Chris Pine returning to his role as Steve Trevor.
Speaking to MiNDFOOD in an exclusive interview, Gadot said she loved bringing Wonder Woman into the 80s arena.
“We explored every stream of fashion from around that time – whether it was the punk or the funk or the rock and roll, or just elegant with the big shoulders and the hairdos and everything. It was a lot of fun.”
Wonder Woman 1984 is the second film in the franchise and it set to be released on 2 October, 2020. Check out the trailer below.
