There is no better time than now to start eating the right foods, helping your gut and supporting your wellbeing. Taking care of your gut is one of the best ways you can maintain inner wellbeing, and one of the simplest ways to do that is with a balanced eating plan and exercise.

For a balanced eating plan, you need the right types and amounts of food and drink. These will vary depending on your age, gender, size and activity level, but you should aim to incorporate food from the five food groups (vegetables, legumes and beans; fruit; grains; lean meat and poultry; dairy).
