Sculpture by the Sea, the world's largest free-to-the-public sculpture exhibition, is making a triumphant return to the picturesque shores of Bondi for 2023.

From October 20th to November 6th, the stunning coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama Beach will once again be transformed into a mesmerising 2-kilometer-long sculpture park. The walk will host over 100 awe-inspiring sculptures created by artists from Australia and around the globe.

A Coastal Wonderland of Art

Sculpture by the Sea is a celebration of art, nature, and the connection between the two. The exhibition seamlessly integrates sculptures into the breathtaking coastal landscape. It offers a unique and immersive experience that blends the creativity of artists with the beauty of the Australian coastline.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this event is its ability to bring together artists from diverse backgrounds and corners of the world. From the rolling landscapes of Australia to the bustling art scenes of distant continents, the sculptures on display at Bondi embody a rich tapestry of perspectives and inspirations.

It is the 25th year for the event at Bondi.

Over the years, Sculpture by the Sea has become a cultural phenomenon, drawing not only art aficionados but also families, tourists, and anyone who appreciates the enchanting fusion of art and the great outdoors. The event provides a platform for artists to showcase their talent, and for the public, it’s a chance to engage with art in an entirely new context.

Plan Your Visit:

If you’re planning a visit to Sydney between October 20th and November 6th, don’t miss the opportunity to embark on this artistic coastal journey. Sculpture by the Sea promises an unforgettable experience, with sculptures that will leave a lasting impression.
