1 July marks the birthday of the beloved Princess Diana. On what would have been her 60th birthday, we look back at the precious photos of the beloved princess.
Often referred to as the “People’s Princess”, Diana was known for her kind, open and genuine nature. Just twenty-years-old when she married Prince Charles in 1981, Diana struggled to fit in with the royal family’s outdated traditions.
She worked with many charities during her life and was a loving mother to her two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. Her normalcy and generosity earned her fans around the world.
After divorcing Prince Charles in 1996, Diana told the media she would “rather be the Queen of people’s hearts” than the Queen of England. It is clear that her wish came true.
MiNDFOOD have put together a picture gallery in memory of the beloved Princess.
