Louis Vuitton launches latest Artycapucines Collection
Louis Vuitton has launched its fourth Artycapucines Collection, where leading contemporary artists reinvent a classic: the Capucines bag.

The 2022 Artycapucines Collection sees six artists – Daniel Buren, Kennedy Yanko, Park Seo-Bo, Amélie Bertrand, Peter Marino and Ugo Rondinone – create limited editions of the bag named after Rue Neuve-des-Capucines, where Louis Vuitton opened his first store in 1854.

The nine new bag designs blend artistic talent and invention with the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the Maison’s artisans. The bags will be presented in their own specially designed gift boxes.

Each bag in the fourth Artycapucines Collection will be available in a limited edition of 200 (50 per colour variation for Daniel Buren).

Discover the 2022 Artycapucines Collection below:

Daniel Buren’s double sided trompe-l’oeil design with his trademark black and white stripes comes in four colour variations.
Kennedy Yanko’s creation constructed of 3D-printed leather and a metallic patina, hand applied by Italian artisans.
One of Park Seo-Bo signature Écritures paintings has been remarkably recreated in textured and embellished calfskin.
Amélie Bertrand’s striking vision innovatively hand-sprayed on the bag in shifting colours and phosphorescence.
Peter Marino’s all-black, visually powerful studded creation featuring an exclusive clasp.
Ugo Rondinone’s delightfully playful and colourful harlequin-style bag covered with over 14,000 handstitched beads.
