Welcome to the Jan/Feb issue of MiNDFOOD, full of tempting recipes, fascinating articles, and beauty & lifestyle inspiration to keep you entertained all summer long!

Our cover star this month is the inspiring Gwyneth Paltrow, an Oscar-winning actress while still in her twenties and now chief executive of goop, the wellness company she founded in 2008. Now worth more than USD$250 million, goop has been an unarguable success story. We chat with Gwyneth about her aspirations (“I’ve seriously considered going off the grid in a big way”), her romantic partnerships and her family. We also visit a goop workshop, to give readers a front-row seat and insight into the business and wellbeing wisdom that is Paltrow’s.
