Join Dr Ashley Bloomfield by "passing on the aroha" to New Zealand's frontline healthcare workers.

Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield has shared his gratitude to New Zealand’s frontline workers in a new campaign.

The Ministry of Health’s ‘Pass on the Aroha’ Facebook campaign was launched to thank frontline health and disability workers for their sacrifices and efforts during the coronavirus crisis.

Fronting the video which was posted on Friday, Dr Ashley Bloomfield shared his gratitude for their “dedication” and “professionalism”.

“To all working across New Zealand in our health and disability system, for the work you’ve done to look after the health and care and support needs of Kiwis, thank you,” he says in the video.
