Every day of August restaurants will be serving up menus at three price points – $25, $40 and $55+ per person so diners can experience all the fabulous food options the city has to offer.
One-off Extraordinary Evenings include A Night of Antoine’s with Tony Astle who is teaming up with FISH’s Des Harris on August 31. While QT Esther’s chef Sean Connolly and Jiwon Do from Wellington’s iconic Hippopotamus will collaborate to serve up some spectacular French fare on August 24. For those who love a winter party, don’t miss Fiesta in the Lane on August 18, a night of food, wine and live music in Everybody’s and Imperial Lane.
For the annual favourite Chef’s Table Series diners can enjoy a ‘Kiwi road trip on a platter’ created by Rob Ede-Hope of Park Hyatt Auckland’s Onemata (August 11), a sustainable Pacific-inspired seafood feast by Tom Hishon and Uelese Mua at kingi (August 24) and a formal Japanese omakase menu by Fred Wong at PONI (August 3). These spectacular evenings offer diners a once in a lifetime opportunity to connect with some of the city’s top chefs through an evening of food and conversation.
