Charlotte certainly didn’t appear to be nervous about her first day of school. But that might have something to do with the fact that she was accompanied by her pal – six-year-old brother, Prince George. The young princess was also accompanied by her mother, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William. The pair smiled and waved to media as their parents were greeted by the head of the lower school before they accompanied Charlotte to her classroom to meet her teacher.

Charlotte might have been all smiles as she arrived at school for the first time, but Prince George didn’t appear quite so wrapped with the idea when he attended Thomas’s Battersea for the first time back in September 2017. The young prince was accompanied by his father. The Duchess of Cambridge, however, was unable to attend as she was suffering from severe morning sickness while pregnant with Prince Louis.
