Sugar-free G&T: Orange & Raspberry
Watching your waistline? This fantastic sugar-free G&T will allow you to enjoy your gin guilt free.
1 punnet fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
3 shots gin
1 1/2 cups Nexba classic tonic water
1 handful ice cubes
Lime and additional fresh raspberries, to garnish
Place raspberries and orange juice in a glass (or cocktail shaker) and muddle using a wooden spoon. Add gin and mix well. Place ice cubes in glasses (we’ve used margarita style glasses) and pour the cocktails over it. Then add tonic water, garnish with fresh raspberries and lime.

Love on the Rocks
Love on the Rocks will offer you a moment of fullness on the palate, thanks to its rounded, sweet taste. The strong scent of gin contrasts with the delicacy of blood orange Sanpellegrino, together creating a unique balance.
40 ml Gin
20 ml Campari
70 ml Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa
Crushed ice
Orange slice
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the gin. After, add the Campari and blood orange Sanpellegrino. Stir with a bar spoon so that all of the ingredients are mixed together and serve well chilled.
The Classic Italian 75
The Classic Italian 75 has elegant notes of prosecco blended with the pungent notes of gin to create a harmonious, headily scented cocktail that opens up the palate with tart hints of lemon.
20 ml Gin
100 ml Sanpellegrino Limonata
100 ml Prosecco
Lemon slice or twist
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and wait a moment for the sides of the glass to chill. Remove the ice and add the gin, Sanpellegrino Limonata and Prosecco. Mix gently with a bar spoon and pour the cocktail into a glass.
Persian Saffron-Infused Gin and Tonic
Spice things up a little with this saffron-infused gin and tonic. You don’t need any fancy equipment – a simple saucepan and two cocktail glasses will do. It’s all about the love you put into the preparation.
Pinch saffron threads (or to taste)
½ cup gin
¼ cup caster sugar
Ice cubes, to serve (see tip, below)
2 cups chilled tonic water
Lime wedges, to serve
Place the saffron threads into gin. Set aside for 1 hour to infuse. Strain. Place sugar and 2 tablespoons water in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat for 2-3 minutes or until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Divide saffron-infused gin between two 1½-cup capacity glasses. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar syrup (to taste). Stir then top with ice cubes and tonic. Serve with lime wedges.
Summer Gin Cocktail
50g caster sugar
2-3 strips orange peel
1 star anise and 1 cinnamon stick
120ml gin (such as Hendrick’s)
12 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 telegraph cucumber
To make sugar syrup, bring sugar, 50ml water, peel and spices to the boil in a small saucepan. Turn heat to low; stir until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Remove peel and spices. Using a Boston shaker, mix together sugar syrup, gin and Angostura Bitters. Peel thin strips from cucumber. Place strips in glass, with ice cubes holding in place. Pour over gin cocktail.
Apple Cider & Elderflower Cocktail
Cider is another drink of choice as the weather warms up, so we’ve created this refreshing cider and gin cocktail for your enjoyment.
700ml alcoholic apple cider
100ml gin
100ml elderflower cordial
juice of 1 lime
crushed ice, to serve
2 green apples, thinly sliced
Place cider, gin, elderflower cordial, and lime juice in a jug and stir to combine. Fill 4 glasses with crushed ice, pour in cider mixture, top with apple slices, and serve.
