MiNDFOOD bakes a Viennese Gugelhupf cake with Vollpension

In celebration of MiNDFOOD's 14th birthday, Editor-in-Chief Michael McHugh joins Frau Karin and David Haller from Vollpension's BakAdemy to learn how to make an authentic Viennese Gugelhupf cake.

This lesson is part of the BakAdemy’s OMAsterclass ‘Viennese Pearls’, a unique virtual culinary course that teaches the ‘ABCs’ of baking Vienna’s sweet treats.
