Making passata with Sean Connolly

Chef Sean Connolly of The Grill is opening a second restaurant at SkyCity at the end of the month and it’s Italian. Gusto at the Grand will be located in the space that formerly housed Peter Gordon’s restaurant Dine and will be dishing up homemade pasta and passata using only the freshest and best locally sourced ingredients.

Watch as Connolly makes passata with tomato growers Anthony and Angela Tringham of Curious Croppers, suppliers of Gusto at The Grand.
