Harrison Ford makes a triumphant return in ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny’ trailer

The legendary actor returns to the beloved adventure franchise, starring alongside Fleabag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

After much anticipation, Disney has revealed the first trailer and film stills for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, which sees Harrison Ford reprising his iconic role as the titular archeologist.

The fifth film in the Indiana Jones franchise, it’s the first time seeing Ford back in the role since 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of The Crystal Skull.

While the plot details for the Dial of Destiny have been kept under wraps, the trailer reveals the 80-year-old actor is once again caught up in an international adventure. Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the star and creator of Fleabag, stars alongside Ford as his goddaughter. Other stars include Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Boyd Holbrook and Mads Mikkelsen.

The film is directed by James Mangold (Ford v Ferrari, Logan) and executive produced by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, while composer John Williams returns to write the score.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will be released in cinemas on 29 June 2023.
