This Belgian chocolate bathroom will set you back $133,000

The world’s first all-chocolate bathroom has been designed to put an end to the suite versus sweet confusion once and for all.

The product of a collaboration between Bathrooms.com and Choccywoccydoodah, the life-size, 100 per cent Belgian chocolate bathroom suite is best enjoyed over time. To find out why, get a glimpse of the calorie count below.

A full chocolate bathroom fixture will likely cost you the kitchen sink, with the bidet, tub, toilet and sink coming in at £80,000 (US$133,000) but items can be bought individually too, ranging between £7,000 and £50,000. See below for the itemised prices and calorie counts.

–          Full bathroom suite £80,000 (9.4million calories)

–          Bath tub, £50,000 (8million calories)

–          Toilet, £14,000 (980,000 calories)

–          Basin, £9,000 (210,000 calories)

–          Bidet, £7,000 (210,000 calories)

Unfortunately, the chocolate bathroom isn’t a long-term installation, coming with just a six-month shelf life (plenty of time to get you through a fair few dinner parties!) At room temperature and with a coat of varnish, you could probably get an additional six months out of it.

These guys aren’t the first to come up with an indulgent culinary-themed bathroom; hotel champagne baths can be ordered for £25,000 at London’s Cadogan Hotel, and you can nab the world’s most expensive bathroom, created entirely from gold and precious jewels, for a cool  £2.4 million.
