MiNDFOOD celebrated Christmas with our readers at Cibo in Parnell, Auckland on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Chef, Kate Fay, created a delicious menu including Lemon cured Salmon, free range Harmony Pork belly, delicious Duck and the iconic Pinapple Lump for dessert. Guests enjoyed beautiful Stoneleigh Latitude wines and took home gift bags from Estee Lauder, ecostore, The Fallen Coconut Co. and chocolates from Sabato. One lucky winner even won an Audi A3 Cabriolet driving experience!
