Whittaker’s Vegan Oat Milk Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
After much anticipation and excitement, Whittaker’s has released an Oat Milk 42% cocoa chocolate. This delicious new addition to Whittaker’s permanent range is the result of nearly two years’ work perfecting the recipe and applying a bit of kiwi ingenuity. Make sure to give it a try or even better use it to make these irresistible Whittaker’s Oat Milk Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies. 

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 12 Minutes

Servings: 8



90g Caster sugar 

115g Plain white flour 

1 tsp Baking powder 

Pinch of table salt 

70g Smooth, runny natural peanut butter 

1 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted 

50g Oat milk 

90g Whittaker’s Oat Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped 

To garnish: Flakey sea salt 



1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-bake. 

2. In a medium sized bowl sift together the sugar, flour, baking powder and table salt 

3. Spoon in the peanut butter, pour in the oat milk and coconut oil. Mix well until a thick mixture forms and ingredients are fully incorporated. 

4. Add in the chocolate chunks and bring the cookie dough together in your hands 

5. Shape eight cookie dough balls using your hands (~55g each) 

6. Place the balls onto a baking tray, press them down a little so they are slightly flattened and ensure they are space out evenly across the baking tray so they have sufficient room to spread. 

7. Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes until golden brown. 

8. Allow to cool on the tray (they will harden when they cool.) 


 Whittaker’s Oat Milk is a permanent addition to its chocolate range and is available in a classic 250g block. It will be available in stores nationwide from Monday 18 July 2022.
