White Maple Sangria is made with chilled white wine, maple syrup, fruit-flavoured liqueur, sparkling water and it is finished with fresh peaches, berries and citrus. Why not make a jug of White Maple Sangria at your next BBQ or gathering?
White Maple Sangria
Serves 4
Ingredients:
½ cup pure maple syrup (preferably amber for its rich taste)
½ cup fruit flavoured liqueur (we recommend peach)
1 cup peach juice
2 cups fresh berries
1 large peach, sliced into wedges
1 large lime, sliced into wedges
Method:
Place the fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher jug.
Add wine, maple syrup, liqueur and juice and stir gently until combined. Top with sparkling water and ice.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours (if chilling before, add ice just before serving).
