Tuna Tartare, Avocado and Horseradish

This tartare recipe is so refreshing and easy to create. Simply mix, season and serve with fried tortilla bread or corn chips.

Tuna Tartare, Avocado and Horseradish

Serves 4

500g fresh tuna, cut into

small dice

1 avocado, cut into small dice

2 shallots, finely chopped

2 tbsp horseradish

2 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup chives, chopped

⅓ cup coriander, chopped

1 cup tomato, blanched,

peeled and diced 

2 tbsp tamari

2 tbsp sesame oil

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with a spoon.

Taste and season.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
