Tuna Tartare, Avocado and Horseradish looks impressive, and it’s very easy to make. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Taste and season and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Tuna Tartare, Avocado and Horseradish Recipe
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
500g fresh tuna, cut into small dice
1 avocado, cut into small dice
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup chives, chopped
⅓ cup coriander, chopped
1 cup tomato, blanched, peeled and diced
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp sesame oil
Method:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with a spoon. Taste and season. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
